On Thursday, July 15th at 7PM, your homeowners’ association, the Westbrooke Subdivision Homeowners’ Association (WSHA), will hold its annual HOA open meeting via Zoom. While we plan on returning to in person meetings in the future this year will still be hosted virtually. Details of the Zoom meeting are below.
“All” property owners in the WSHA are requested to attend. At the meeting, the volunteer trustees will report on WSHA issues (spending from last year, budget for this coming year, Use Restrictions, etc.), provide time for questions, and conduct the election or confirmation of volunteers as trustees or other capacities for the upcoming fiscal year. This is your chance to hear from the trustees in person, interact with neighbors, and volunteer to help make Westbrooke Subdivision a better place to live. If you have specific questions that might require advance research, please email them before the meeting to Trustees@westbrookehoa.com.
The WSHA is maintained by volunteer trustees. We are looking for several volunteers this year to help out with various functions and hope that you have time to volunteer to help the community. Among other things, the trustees are responsible for addressing Use Restriction violation complaints from residents, maintaining the entrance/exits to the neighborhood, paying WSHA property taxes and utility bills, and collecting dues from approximately 400 properties, etc. Trustees meet periodically but communicate often through email throughout the year. If you have considered helping your community as a trustee, now is your chance! No previous experience is necessary.
Dale Emerson, your HOA President, recently retired and has decided to relocate. With his departure he will be resigning from his position on the board. We want to thank Dale for his dedication in helping keep the HOA running smoothly and the community maintained.
If you are unable to attend the annual meeting, you may still vote through a “proxy.” Please find the proxy form at the bottom of this message that will allow you to designate a person, who also is a property owner within the WSHA, to vote in your place at the meeting.
Please note that the annual meeting is available for all to attend but only those in good standing at the time of the meeting will be able to cast a vote.

Welcome to the Neighborhood! The Westbrooke Subdivision Homeowners' Association (WSHA) is a non-profit corporation that was formed by Dominion Homes in December 1996. Dominion Homes was one of the developers of the Westbrooke Subdivision. If you are an owner of property within the subdivision, you are also a member of the association. Dominion Homes turned over the control of the association to the residents of the subdivision at a meeting held on February 16, 1999. All subsequently elected trustees of the association have been residents of the subdivision.
